Bampton Packaging has signed a partnership agreement with Charm Management Specialists to provide tailored learning and development services for all employees. This agreement builds on Bampton’s commitment to provide the best learning and development, currently recognised through its Investors In People accreditation. We aim to improve our standard IIP accreditation to Bronze during the course of the next two years.
